Vice President

Howdy. My name’s Kyla Mendoza and I’m one of your vice presidents for this year. Though my timid demeanor is persistent and refuses to free me from its bone crushing grip, by joining Key Club, I’ve learned how to step out of my comfort zone and explore different parts of myself. I’ve also made meaningful connections with a bunch of cool people! The world’s a vast and scary place, and I hope I can be right by your side cheering you on through the toughest of times just like how this family has been there for me. Aside from Key Club, I’m involved in our school’s TableTops Club and president of the Korean Cultural Club. If you ever need to talk about anime, board games, or got something on your mind, I’m ready to send over some virtual hugs!

secretary

Hi y’all! I’m Colin, your Club Secretary for this year! As a senior with a superiority complex, I will adopt you as my unofficial child, whether you like it or not! Key Club has revealed to me my own love for serving my community, and I’m excited to work with all of you to do that this year, especially during these tumultuous times. Key Club has introduced me to so many cool people and helped me make so many new friends, and I hope that as Secretary I will be able to serve this club as much as it has served me. If you’re interested in coding, mathematics, playing board games, or learning about new things, watch out for me at our school’s Robotics Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Tabletops Club, and Academic Decathlon too!

treasurer

Hi everyone! I’m Chanelle Roces, a struggling senior and your totally-tubular treasurer for this term :D! As treasurer, I essentially make sure that all our funds and donations are put to good use by our club to help serve our community and even support our members back! Through KC, I was able to feel like I was something much bigger than just myself and that my actions could truly make a positive difference to others, from making new friends or directly helping in events. This club has been an anchor for me during hard times, as I truly know that I have a group of amazing people that always has my back! In addition to KC, I love origami, reading, and anything music-related! If you’re interested in music, I am also involved in our school’s chamber orchestra, jazz band, and drumline, so send me a message if you ever have any questions about drumming. I am truly excited to begin my last term of service, even if it is during quarantine, and I’m looking forward to meeting you all

historian

Henlo! I am Raymond,  an upcoming senior of the class of 2020-2021 proudly serving our home club as the Historian and one of our division’s spirit coordinators. What I do is help our tech editor and tech team with their duties, as well as helping manage the instagram account of our home club! Meanwhile as a spirit task coordinator I do my best to create good bonds amongst the members in our division and make sure I can bring the Key Club spirit for membership retention, keeping our clubs going strong and motivated.Key Club is an amazing international program that opened my mind to so many things and taught me life lessons and skills along the way. Aside from Key Club, I am also Korean Cultural Club’s male performer ( the first official one ), I was on the Boys tennis team, I enjoy playing volleyball, and I enjoy watching anime too!  I hope I can meet all of you soon in person and become a figure you can look up to.

tech editor

I’m MaeLing, I’m currently a senior,  and I’m your tech editor this year! As tech editor, I mainly take pictures at events and write articles about those events to send to our LTG. I ran for tech editor because I do some graphic design and thought those skills would be useful to the club. I love how key club brings people together. My hobbies include bullet journaling, calligraphy, and reading. At school, I’m a part of Academic Decathlon and TableTops: The board game club. For this year, I’m looking forward to seeing all of the creative events we’ll have during quarantine!

What's up guys! I am Nile Garcia and I am part of your 2020-2021 Tech Team for ACHS Key Club! This is my first and last time serving as an officer for Key Club. When I first joined Key Club last year, I did not expect that I was going to run for an officer position. I wish that I joined Key Club sooner because I love Key Club so much and this is my last year here. Some other fun facts about me is that I am also part of ACHS Theater Arts. You can probably already tell that one of my favorite hobbies is acting. This term is going to be a little difficult, but I am looking forward to serve you guys for the first and last time!

Hello! My name is Giselle Hinahon, and I will be serving as a proud member in the 2020-2021 term Tech Team! Video games and art are my passion—if you happen to be a huge fan of CapCom, Nintendo, Square Enix, let me know! I enjoy drawing, and tend to use color pencils and markers as my medium. This year, I plan on extending my horizons towards digital art/graphics, and apply that knowledge into our Key Club's virtual sites. To expand out of my bubble and explore the wonders of American Canyon and its residents is what I strive to do as I venture with Key Club. I look forward to this year's Key Club experience, and hope that you do as well!
